The Matson family first started the business in 1985 and since then evolved from a small shop with a single paint booth, to an industrial painting and powder coating faculty serving Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles counties. Alan Anderson purchased Matson Industrial Finishing in 2020 and continues to provide the outstanding quality, delivery and service that its customers enjoyed from the Matson family. The name has changed to Solimar Coatings in January 2021 and the dedication to superior quality remains.
Specializing in multi-coat finishes that will achieve maximum exterior protection as well as quality interior applications to satisfy the most discriminating customer. We take pride in our work from proper preparation to final inspection.
